LegalWorldHub publishes news and guides about class action lawsuits, settlements, mass torts, data breaches and consumer rights in the United States. This page explains who runs the site, how we report, how we check facts, how we make money and how we fix mistakes.

Who owns and runs LegalWorldHub

LegalWorldHub is owned and operated by Sarah Anderson, based in New York, United States. Editorial decisions are made by her. You can reach the editorial team at contact@legalworldhub.com or through our contact page.

LegalWorldHub is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Nothing we publish creates an attorney client relationship.

How we source our reporting

Every news story and guide is checked against primary sources before it is published. For lawsuits and settlements that means the court filing or docket, the official settlement notice, the settlement administrator’s website, or announcements from government agencies such as the FTC, CFPB, SEC, state attorneys general and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. When we rely on another news outlet’s reporting, we say so and link to it.

Claim deadlines, payout amounts and eligibility rules are taken directly from the official notice. When an official notice is available, we attach or link it on the page so readers can check the details themselves.

News, guides and updates

We publish three kinds of content. News articles report a new development, such as a lawsuit being filed, a settlement being approved or a claim deadline changing, and show the date they were published. Guides explain how a legal process works and are reviewed and updated when the rules change. Settlement and lawsuit pages track an ongoing case and show the date they were last updated.

Every article carries the name of the person who wrote it, linked to their author page, along with its publication date.

Independence, advertising and affiliate disclosure

LegalWorldHub earns money from display advertising and from referral partnerships with legal service providers. When a reader asks to be connected with a lawyer through a form on our site, we may receive a fee from the partner who receives that request. Advertisers and partners have no say over which cases we cover or what we write about them. Any sponsored content will be clearly labeled as sponsored.

Corrections policy

We work hard to get things right, and we fix mistakes quickly. If you spot an error, email contact@legalworldhub.com with the page link and what needs correcting. We review every report, and when we confirm an error we correct the article and add a dated note at the bottom explaining what changed. Small fixes such as spelling or formatting are made without a note.
