700Credit Data Breach Settlement
A $17.5 million settlement covering people notified that their information may have been exposed in a data incident 700Credit detected in October 2025. Tesla Idle Fee Settlement
Covers California residents who received an eligible Tesla with free lifetime Supercharging before December 16, 2016. Current owners can recover idle fees they actually paid plus $50 or $350 if their Supercharger access was disabled; those who no longer own the vehicle can claim a flat $10. Mercedes-Benz BlueTEC Settlement
A state attorneys general enforcement action, separate from an earlier 2021 Mercedes settlement, paying a fixed $2,000 per eligible Mercedes-Benz or Freightliner Sprinter BlueTEC diesel (model years 2009 to 2016) that had the free emissions modification installed. Flo App Privacy Settlement
A combined $59.5 million settlement with Google, Flo Health and Flurry resolves claims that the Flo period and ovulation tracking app shared users’ menstruation and pregnancy data with third parties without proper consent. Eligible U.S. users who entered this information in the app between November 2016 and February 2019 can file without proof of purchase. California residents may qualify for a doubled share. Lands’ End Data Breach Settlement
Covers individuals identified in Lands’ End’s records as affected by a December 2024 data security incident that may have exposed names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license or passport information. Eligible class members can choose an estimated $60 flat payment with no documentation, or up to $5,000 for documented losses, plus credit monitoring. Pork Antitrust Settlement
Covers consumers in 23 states and Washington D.C. who indirectly purchased pork products affected by alleged price coordination among several major pork producers. A sixth defendant agreed to conduct reforms rather than a cash payment. This settlement does not cover all 50 states, only the specific jurisdictions listed on the official site. Claims, opt out and objection all close October 29, 2026. Final approval hearing: December 11, 2026.
Carter Credit Union Data Breach Settlement
Covers individuals Carter Credit Union, also known as Carter Federal Credit Union, identified as affected by a June 2025 cyberattack. Eligible members can choose a flat $50 payment with no documentation or up to $2,500 for documented losses, plus three years of credit monitoring either way. Note the separate, earlier opt out and objection deadline of October 20, 2026. Claim deadline: November 19, 2026.
ATM Surcharge Settlement (Nonbank ATMs)
A $167.5 million settlement with Visa and Mastercard covering surcharges paid at independent, nonbank ATMs, gas stations, convenience stores and similar standalone machines, between October 2007 and August 2026.
